It has been a very long time since I last made observational work. I have been feeling the need to get back into it recently, fancying a change from my usual, so I decided on Monday to start making small drawings of things I notice every day. I like the idea of creating a visual diary, so I decided to make 6 drawings a week (I take Sundays off to assemble my blogs). Here we have:
Monday, laundry day; Tuesday, an evening barbecue; Wednesday, plant watering and a blossom twig rescued from the park; Thursday, making patterns in my work room; Friday, a crab apple tree in blossom in the garden; and Saturday, a crystal glass and shadow.
By the way, I finally plucked up the courage to show people what I have been up to on Redbubble. I linked an image in this week's Weekly blog at my Binky McKee website, and if you are interested to take a look I have placed a link here.
Thanks for visiting, see you next week!
Welcome to my blog, where I share what I have been doing during the week.
I have copied blog entries created under my nom-de-plume Binky McKee to their own blog. It can be found on my illustration website, Binky McKee.
