This drawing was made last autumn; sometimes I feel it takes months to realise what I have made and to decide what it is and if I like it, and if i do, why. Then I think about how I'm going to take it forward. I think this is an important part of the creative process; it's not a linear progression, but something organic that evolves alongside the human.
I have suddenly decided I really like this piece and will be deciding what to take from it into future work.
